First Two Days of School
James and Kaitlyn started school this week. James got to go on Monday and Kaitlyn went today.
James first day went off without a hitch. I didn't expect any problems, and didn't have any either. :) He said he had a lot of fun! Big surprise. Ha.
My sweet baby girl. It was her first day of school EVER. I was nervous about dropping Kaitlyn off at school today, but James and I talked to her the whole time we were on our way there. I asked James to tell Kaitlyn that a teacher would come get her out of the car and walk her to her classroom. She seemed to be okay with it, and to my surprise, there were NO tears when I dropped her off. I think it has helped by her see James go all last year and then me explaining the drop off process to her about 10 times. I didn't cry either. Ha. I was almost teary-eyed after I drove through the loop to pick her up. She looked so happy, and she's such a big girl now!
My only problem I have with the pick up situation at the school is now I have to wait through two carpool lines. One to pick up James since he waits on the side of the school, and one for Kaitlyn, since she waits on the carpool loop. Sigh. Last year they had major traffic issues with the Winter Park police department threatening to shut down the school if they didn't do something about the traffic jam at pick up time. Their solution was to put kids on different sides of the school... Pre-K and K on the North side, and 3's and under on the carpool loop side. Whatever. I'll deal with it. I love that school so much, I'll sit in traffic twice a week for 20 minutes. :)

Wii Tennis Videos
Watch this video of James playing Wii Tennis. It's so funny! He just keeps swinging and whaddyaknow... he hits the ball! Sometimes... :) Nevermind the tantrum by Miss Kaitlyn.
Narration by Kaitlyn: :)
